Welcome to the Administrative Information Systems (AIS) website!
The AIS Office, a sub-unit of Information Technology, manages the University’s Financial Systems (Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Purchasing) and Human Resource / Payroll (Carbondale and Springfield only) applications. The unit provides support for problem resolution, customizations and upgrades of the software. We also provide eLearning tutorials as well as face-to-face training for department end-users.
